Yeardley has world premiere and wins award
12.10.09 – YEARDLEY is a dramatic feature film that follows a married narcissist who cannot think beyond his own needs. After being fired for sexual harassment, his wife and child leave him. While fighting to keep his family together, he falls victim to a ploy by two manipulative women who make a bet to see which of them can sleep with him first.
The film’s credits include Writer/Director Heath C. Michaels, Producer Paul Papadeas, Unit Production Manager Jennifer Haire (THE CLOSER), Cinematographer Tarina Reed, Music Composer Steve Pedulla (from the band THURSDAY) and Editors Keven Hickman (Assistant Editor GONE BABY GONE and MIAMI VICE) and Zene Baker (OBSERVE AND REPORT). It was shot on location in Los Angeles, CA and Valencia, CA.
Yeardley recently had its world premiere at the Santa Fe International Film Festival and was nominated for BEST FEATURE. Also, it played at the Myrtle Beach International Film Festival where it won BEST ACTOR and was runner up for BEST FEATURE. It will be showing next year on the week of January 11-16 at the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema in Southern California.
